About

Use Milestones to measure time spent between the completion of key Tasks. Your SF Admin and Precursive Superusers can define the Milestones and Milestone Measures for your organization (Defining Precursive Milestones & Milestone Measures ) and assign them to the relevant Tasks. If necessary, they can also be assigned manually - please see How to Manually Assign a Milestone to a Task for more information.

You can recognize what Tasks have been assigned a Milestone by the Target Icon displayed on the Task Cards.

How to use Precursive Milestones

Once the Tasks to which a Milestone has been assigned are completed, you can start tracking the Milestone Progress. You can navigate to the Precursive Boards Tab and open the Board you want to check. In the Related Tab, your will find a section called "Milestone Progress". There you will find calculations for each of the Measures set up in your org:

Click on the Progress Name to see all the details associated with it, including the associated Milestone, Milestone Measure, Milestone Task (the Task to which the Milestone has been assigned), the Target (Days), and the Progress (Days). Both the Target and Progress are in working Days so you can track how your project is progressing versus the given Target.

You can also track your Progress using Salesforce reporting. Please ask your SF Admin or Precursive Superusers to Install the OBX Reports & Dashboard pack and set up the necessary reports.
