With the Precursive Platform, you will gain access to a set of out-of-the box reports & dashboards to track your progress on Precursive Boards. Below you can find a list of every dashboard and reports we provide and a description of what you can find in each of them. You can find your Precursive Dashboard by navigating to the 'Dashboards' tab and look for the following dashboards.
If you cannot find them, please ask your Salesforce Admin or Precursive Super User to Install the OBX Reports & Dashboard pack to gain access.

Thanks to this package you will be able to track:

• Number of onboarded customers
• Hours spent on onboarding
• The trend of your average onboarding duration
• Average Time to Value 
• Average Milestone Progress for your Milestone Measures
• Average Project Stage duration
• Health Ratings of your active boards by type
• Health Rating trends
• Projects without a recent health score
• Risk score per month per project
• Issues trends

Please align with your Salesforce admin and make sure all the filters are set to show the records you are interested in and the reports display all the fields that are relevant to you.

Note - If you have purchased OBX+PSX, you will also have access to a set of reports for tracking your progress on 'Precursive Projects'. Please see Precursive Projects - Reports & Dashboards for more information.

'Customer Onboarding 360' Dashboard

Customer Onboarding 360 gives you a complete overview of your teams' performance. You will be able to see the average time form completing each projects stage and achieve your milestones. This can help you identify if there are any bottle necks and where you can optimize your processes. This dashboards includes the following reports:

1. Customers Onboarded This/Last Qtr 
2. Time to First Value This/Last Qtr (days)
3. First value by Qtr - Board End Date
4. Average Milestone Duration This/Last Qtr 
5. Customers Onboarded This Year 
6. Average Stage Duration Current/Last Qtr 
7. Milestone Progress per Board Type 
8. Onboarding Hours This/Last Qtr 
9. Onboarding Duration Trends
10. Active Projects by Type & Health Rating

Note - when creating your Milestones and Milestone Measures, you may have used different names than the ones used in the filters of these out-of-the-box reports. After you Install Precursive OBX Reports & Dashboards Pack, please double-check the filters of these reports to make sure your records are pulled into them.

All Projects’ Health & Insights

All Projects’ Health & Insights will show you the general trends of all projects Health Ratings & Insights. This can help you identify whether the numbers of projects with red or yellow health ratings or with risks and issues associated to them are increasing or decreasing over time to trigger the necessary conversations with your team. From here you can also see what projects haven’t been updated with a health score in the last 2 weeks and ask your team to provide an update. This dashboards includes the following reports:

1. The number of all active projects
2. The number of all projects with a Red rating
3. The number of all projects with an Amber rating
4. The number of all projects with a Green rating
5. Red Health score trends
6. Amber Health score trends
7. Green Health score trends
8. Active Projects by Type & Health Rating
9. Risk Scores and the number of logged risks by month 
10. The number of issues logged by month
11. Projects without recent Health Ratings

My Projects’ Health & Insights

Every Project Manager will also have access to a 'My Projects’ Health & Insights' dashboard to better prioritize their work. Here each PM can keep track of what boards they have marked with a red, yellow or green health rating and the ones that have a risk or issue associated to them. That will help you understand what projects you should focus on to improve their health score, what are the potential risks and issues you have to be mindful of and which projects require a status update. This dashboards includes the following reports:
 
The ‘My Projects’ Health and Insights’ dashboard includes the following components:

1. The number of my active projects
2. The number of my active projects with a Red rating
3. The number of my active projects with an Amber rating
4. The number of my active projects with a Green rating
5. My latest Red Health ratings
