Precursive makes it easy for the contributors to submit their expenses - all you have to do is create expense categories for your project. 

How to add expense category to a phase of work

1. Navigate to a Project Phase
2. Click 'New' in the Expense Category component (or Related List) to create a new Category
3. Name your expense category (e.g. Travel) and assign a budget
4. Click ‘Save and new’ if you’d like to create another expense category straight away
5. Alternatively click ‘Save’ to complete adding your expense category

The added budget will appear on the 'Budget Information' page of that Phase and Project and your Project team will be able to log Expenses against it from their 'My Precursive' tab.
