Do you run different types of projects? Would you like to quickly visualize if there are confirmed or forecast? 

Colour coding your projects will help you differentiate between types of projects, and their various stages directly from the Precursive Plan. For example, you can assign different colors to forecasted and confirmed project. Or differentiate between Pre-sales, Implementation and Consultancy projects.

How to Color Code your Projects

1. Go to Precursive HQ and scroll down to the Precursive Configuration section
2. Select Precursive Settings
3. Go to ‘Color Configuration’ and click ‘Edit’
4. Select the project category (e.g. Admin, Leave, Customer Project, Training, etc.) 
5. Select Booking Status (e.g. Forecast, Confirmed, Closed, etc.)
6. Whether the color should show lines
7. Select a colour
8. Hit “Save“

Now every project of your chosen category and booking status will appear in Precursive Plan in the colour you selected. Easy peasy.
