Copying Your Timesheet

The copy feature allows you to copy records from your previous timesheet and time logs from the first day of your week to save you time.

You can copy the hours you have populated on your first day of the week to the rest of the week, or copy previous weeks’ projects and phases lines.
 

How to copy your timesheet

  1. Navigate to My Precursive
  2. Click on 'Copy' button
  3. Select what you would like to copy to your timesheet

Here you can select:
  • First Working Day's Hours to copy the hours you have already logged on the first day of the displayed week
  • Last week's projects and phases to avoid having to re-add them manually

Note - Copying first day of the week will not work if there is no record of hours on the day you’d like to copy from. Also, copying projects and phases from your previous week is available only for public projects and phases, as well as projects and phases you are assigned to as a flexible team member.
