By default, only Project or Phase Owners can edit project data (such as Phase Milestones), or add Participants, Resource Requests and Expenses to their projects. However, as a Precursive Admins you can grant permissions to specific Users or Profiles to edit Phases and Projects they don't own directly from the Precursive HQ.

Assign Permission to Edit All Projects to specific Users or Profiles

From the Precursive HQ, you can visualize your Org Default Settings and create new ones for specific Users or Profiles:

1. Navigate to the Precursive HQ tab
2. Scroll down to find the 'Precursive Configuration' component and click on the 'Precursive Settings' tab
3. From the column menu on the left-hand side, select 'User Settings'
4. There you can see your 'Org Default' permissions

To create new ones for specific Users or Profiles:

1. Click on the 'New' button on the right-hand side
2. Select the Owner Type: Profile or User
3. And the User / Profile you want to create custom permissions for 
4. Save
5. In the 'Access Settings' section, tick the relevant checkboxes to give this User/Profile permission to:
   • Can submit expenses to all projects
   • Can change all projects' data
   • Can book other people to projects
6. Click 'Save'
