What is Precursive 2.0?

For those familiar with our products: OBX, RCO, PSX and Connect, with Precursive 2.0, we are launching a new generation, combining these products into a single, unified application. We have reintroduced all the most popular features, and are continuing to develop brand-new, innovative features to solve the most complex challenges that our users face.

What does it mean for me? 

We will continue to support customers using OBX, RCO, PSX and Connect for the foreseeable future. It also means that we will be focusing our minds on developing new functionality in Precursive 2.0, and to join the party and access these new features, you will need to upgrade.

You may notice changes to our Knowledge Base, which will be updated to include materials for our various products: look out for our Product Badges - we have added these labels to help you find articles relevant to the product you are using. 

How do I upgrade?

Put simply, the Precursive 2.0 is a continuation and upgrade of the PSX/RCO package, with added functionality from OXB and Connect. For OBX or Connect users, a migration process will be needed. We can help you assess the level of effort required to upgrade to Precursive 2.0. It will depend on a few factors, including your Reports and your Org’s customizations.
