InformationTitleList TemplatesURL NameList-TemplatesBodyList Templates can be used to populate the Lists that appear in the Kanban that can represent the status of a Task, e.g. Not Started, In Progress, etc., or group Tasks into stages or buckets. They can be used in conjunction with Task Templates and attached to Project Categories in order to build templatized Projects in seconds. Download an Example List Template, which can be used as it is, or customized to fit a bespoke delivery method. The table below explains each column header available to use in versions 2.0 and later. Name Define the List Name, e.g. Not Started, In Progress, etc. Format: Text Order Define the order the Lists should appear from left to right Format: Number Default Define a default List that Tasks should join should no List Name be defined on the Task Template. Best practice: set Not Started as the default List Name by entering the value “TRUE”, and “FALSE” for the other List Names. Format: “TRUE” or “FALSE” Type Choose between the following the Task statuses: a) Inactive, b) Active, c) Complete The List in which a Task is organized will dictate the Task's status. Best practice: start with the Inactive Lists, e.g. Order 1, then move to Active, then Complete Format: "Inactive", "Active", or "Complete" Shared with Customer State whether or not the Task should be visible to customers when using External Sharing or Workspace. Format: "TRUE" or "FALSE" Upload a List Template To upload a List Template to Precursive, search and select List Templates from Precursive HQ, and click New. Toggle to ListName your TemplateMake the Template a) Visible and b) ActiveUpload a .CSV file List Templates can be used alongside Task Templates, and attached to Project Categories to maximize efficiency when creating templatized Projects.
