The My Precursive page is your personal Precursive space. From here you can fill and submit your Timesheets, log your Expenses and submit Holiday Requests. If you are a line managers and your company has an approval process set up, you will also be able to run Approvals from this page.

 

1. Navigate to the week you want to submit your timesheet for and search for the project's phase you want to log time against
2. Adding Phases & Activity/Task Categories to Your Timesheet that don't automatically appear on your weekly list or
3. Deleting Projects, Phases & Activity Line Items to keep your timesheet tidy and relevant
4. You can copy previously logged hours to save you some time: Copy Your Timesheet
5. Leave Comments in Your Timesheet for your line manager to review upon submission
6. Logging time against Multiple Roles on a single project if you're carrying out 2 peoples' function and leave comments specific to each single entry
7. Submit or Recall Your Timesheets when you are ready
8. Check yourTimesheet History for overdue or rejected timesheets

Add and submit your expenses from My Precursive, see what you haven’t submitted yet or if your expenses have been already approved. The Expense Component by default displays the expenses created in the current month but you can easily navigate to older ones by using the arrows at the top. To learn more, see Submitting Expenses

From My Precursive you can also add and track your holiday requests. You can see how many holidays you have used and how many you've got left, as well as find a list of your upcoming holidays. 
 

From the ‘My Precursive’ Tab, Project and Resource Managers can quickly see a count of Timesheets, Expenses, and Holiday Requests that need to be Approved. 

By hovering over the Resource Name, they can see all the details of the submitted item and approve / reject them in bulk by ticking the relevant checkboxes and the green or red button.
