As default, any type of non working days apart from weekends (i.e. bank holidays or non-working days for resources with a difference schedule than Mon-Fri) is not immediately displayed on the Precursive Plan. As you can see from the picture below, as default only weekends are greyed out from the Plan.

However, you can switch on the non-working days visibility to have all non-working days automatically greyed out on the Plan (including the dates before a resources joined you your company or after their departure). In that way, the Precursive Plan will reflect your resources actual availability. That will give you visibility of all the upcoming bank holidays and actual working days of your resources.


Note - To be able to switch it on for your organisation, you must have Salesforce Administrator permissions.

How to switch on the visibility of the Non-working days

Please follow the steps below to switch on the visibility of the Non-working days for you organisation:

• Go to Salesforce Setup
• Search and select 'Custom Settings'
• Click on ‘Manage’ next to Precursive Global Settings

• Click 'Edit' next to Global
• Check the ‘Non-working Days Visibility’ checkbox and Save.
