Timesheets opens automatically to the current week. Existing bookings should be visible on the left. Planned time appears in line in Black and the numbers in Blue represent logged and editable actual time. My Precursive Add and log time against a Project Phase Navigate to My Precursive and find your Timesheet for the week. If you have already submitted your timesheet, click on 'Recall' to enable edits. Then follow the steps below: Click on 'Add Row' buttonSelect the Project and Phase you want to log time against (❗when adding a row to your timesheet the drop down list will include only public projects, and those projects in which you are set as a Flexible Team Member❗)Select your Role (with Multiple Role Allocation in Precursive you can assign more than one role to the same resource within a project) The selected Phase has now been added to your Timesheet and you can log your time against it by editing the blue numbers on the line item. Click 'Submit' once you’re done.Note - If a Phase has Activity Categories assigned, you will have to select and log time against an Activity Category (please see section below). Add and log time against an Activity Category If a Phase has Activity Categories assigned, they will appear in a list under the Role field when adding the Phase as a new Row to your Timesheet. You can tick the checkboxes for the Activities you want to add and then 'Add to Timesheet'. Alternatively, to add more Activities for a Phase that is already listed on your Timesheet, you can: Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Phase name.Select 'Add Activity' - that will open the same window in the picture aboveSelect the Activities you want to add The selected Activities have now been added to your Timesheet and you can log your time against them by editing the blue numbers on the line items. Click 'Submit' once you’re done.❗If a Project Phase doesn't have any Activities listed, the field Activity will not appear on the 'Add Activity' popup window❗ In this case, you can submit your hours directly on the Phase line item (see relevant section above). To delete Phases & Activity Line Items, navigate to My Precursive and find your Timesheet for the week. Next to each item name on your Timesheet, you will find a dropdown arrow that you can select to find the option to remove that item: Click on the Dropdown Arrow next to the name of the item you want to delete: Project, Phase or ActivitySelect 'Remove All Phases', 'Remove Phase' or 'Delete Activity' accordingly. Deleted item disappears from your Timesheet. If you delete a Phase from a single-Phase project, the Project line item will also be deleted.❗You won't be able to delete Phases you have scheduled time to work on (numbers in black)❗ Log time against multiple roles on a single project Precursive PSXIf you are using Precursive PSX only, you can log your time against the project roles you are assigned to directly from your timesheet. Just navigate to 'My Precursive' and select 'Add Row'. Choose the Project and Phase and the relevant Role. Then input your time on the row you've just added to your timesheet. ❗ When adding a row to the timesheet when the participant has only one role at a project, it will be autocomplete. If the participant has multiple roles, options will be listed in the dropdown.❗ Precursive Connect PlatformWhen using the whole Precursive Platform, you can log time either directly on the task you're working on or add it to your timesheet. When logging time against a task on a project that you are assigned to with more than one role, confirm if you are assigned with only one role to a single task. If that's the case, when you log your time against it, the role that is assigned to you will be the one your time will be logged against.If you’re assigned with more than one role to a single task, then the time log will be assigned by: Either to your contributor’s role that is the owner of the task Or, if you’re not the owner, it will be assigned to your Board Team Member’s role that was first added to the project Remember that you can always correct your time directly on your timesheet before submitting it, as the time is synchronized from your Timesheet to your Tasks' Time Logs and vice versa. Leave comments in your Timesheet Add a comment to an entry in your Timesheet Hover over the day where you would like to add in your comment, click on the pencil. For projects with activities, add your comment to the activityA small comment bubble appears, click on it and type in your comments, then press Enter to saveOnce added, a speech bubble will be visible on the Timesheet and hovering over the record will show the comment. Add a general comment to your Timesheet Click on the speech bubble in the Timesheet headerLeave your comment in the pop-up and save Submit/Recall a Timesheet Once you have completed your timesheet for the week, you can simply click the 'Submit' button to submit it for approval.You will see the Timesheet Status change to 'Submitted' and then 'Approved'. You can easily find and navigate to overdue or un-submitted timesheets using the Timesheet History button. Once a Timesheet has been submitted, the Submit button will turn into a 'Recall' button. Simply click 'Recall' to be able to edit your timesheet. Don't forget to submit it again once you're done! Precursive Mobile App Navigate the calendar When you log in to the Salesforce Mobile App and navigate to Precursive PSA App, the app will open in the Timesheets page on the current date by default. You can use the calendar icon at the top to navigate to a different date. Click the Calendar iconSelect the date you want to log time forUse the arrows on the left and right of the currently selected date to move to a different day Log time and submit timesheets To access Timesheets from any other page, tap the 'Timesheet' icon at the bottom bar.To add hours to your timesheet, tap on the number (in blue) of hours against the phase/activity you'd like to log your time for.Type in the actual amount of hours, enter additional comments if needed and hit 'Save'. At the bottom of your timesheet you can see the summary of your hours for the day and the week where on top you have your Planned Hours and below your Actuals. When your timesheet is complete, you can hit the 'Submit' button at the top. ❗If you need to recall your time, just click on the ‘Recall’ icon at the top and the timesheet status will revert to ‘Planned’ and the statuses of each timesheet line will update ❗ Add a new Project line (1-2) and Activity Categories (3-4) to a timesheet Click on the 'Add Row' button at the top of your Timesheet.Select the Project, Phase and Activities that you want to add in one go to your timesheet. The Role field will automatically populate unless you have been assigned to work on a project for multiple roles. Also, if a Phase doesn't include any Activities, you will only be asked to populate the Project and Phase fields. Select Done.Click on the three dot menu to the right of the Phase you want to add activities to and select 'Add Activities'.Select the Activities you want to add by clicking the checkboxes next to it. Select Done. To delete rows from your timesheet, click on the three dot menu next to the row you want to delete and select 'Remove Phase' or 'Remove Activity' Category (depending whether you clicked next to the Phase or Activity line, you will see one of the options).❗You can only delete Phases and Activities that don't have any time planned against them❗ Add comments to your Timesheet 1. When logging your time for a specific Phase/Activity, you will see the option of adding a comment before saving your entry 2-3.
