Known Issue Rejected Project Expense Records Stops Project from being Archived
Summary
Any Expense records associated with a Project that do not have a Status of Approved will be unable to Archive the project.
Reproduction Steps
- Navigate to an active Project in org [link to example] with a one or more Expense records associated with a status of Planned, Rejected or Submitted.
- Attempt to Archive the project by unchecking the 'Active' checkbox and Saving.
- Error returned "Please approve all expenses added to this project before archiving."
Workaround
All Expense records related to the target Project without a Status of Approved need to be deleted.
