Summary

Any Expense records associated with a Project that do not have a Status of Approved will be unable to Archive the project.

Reproduction Steps
  1. Navigate to an active Project in org [link to example] with a one or more Expense records associated with a status of Planned, Rejected or Submitted.
  2. Attempt to Archive the project by unchecking the 'Active' checkbox and Saving.
  3. Error returned "Please approve all expenses added to this project before archiving."
Workaround

All Expense records related to the target Project without a Status of Approved need to be deleted.
