Summary

After the upgrade to PSX version 1.88, fields may not have migrated properly from our previous setup on the Custom Field object to the new field set on the Participant object implemented in this release.

Reproduction Steps
Workaround

Navigate to Precursive HQ to the Critical Upgrades tab in the bottom of the page and check if there are any warnings or error messages.


In case you notice a warning message saying: ‘There is an issue with migrating Participants' Custom Fields to the field set, please review the Custom Fields object and remove any fields that might cause issues, such as Rich Text or Geolocation which are not supported. Then run the Critical Updates to fix this.
