You can improve internal collaboration and keep your Team Members up to date on your progress on a Task or Board from one place.

When selecting a Board or a Task, you can access the Feed from the relevant icon on the right-hand, extendable pane. There you can use the Chatter to send updates, share documents and resources with your Task Contributors and Team Members.


Note - The default Feed actions available in Precursive Tasks and Boards are: Post, File and Link. Salesforce Administrators can customize the Object-Specific Actions available to use in the Feed section of Precursive OBX Boards and Precursive OBX Tasks. Please see Customize Feed Publisher Actions for more information.

How to View Feed Notifications

Shared Posts, Links and Attachments will display on the Feed section of the relevant Task or Board and also on the Feed in the Tob Bar of the Board.

The Aggregated Feed will display Posts, Links or Attachments grouped in the context of the record or group of records selected in Precursive OBX.

Note

• When a Board is selected, the Aggregated Feed displays all posts created on the Board or in the Tasks within that Board.

• When a Task is selected, the Aggregated Feed displays posts created on that Task only.

• When a Board or Task List View is selected from the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side, the Aggregated Feed displays all posts created in the records contained in that view.
