Let's say you have created a new project using a Board Type, but you realize you don't need one of its default Lists. Or maybe you have added a new list at the beginning of your project, but you have since then changed your mind and would like to delete it from your Board. You won't be able to delete a List from the Precursive OBX tab, but you can delete it by accessing the Board's Record. Let's see how.
Note - Lists have a
master-detail relationship to Tasks. If you delete a List which contains tasks, those tasks will also be deleted. Consider moving the tasks you wish to keep to a different list on the board before deleting a list.
How to Delete a List
Open the Board's Record and go to the Related Section - that is usually a tab within the page or a Lightning component on a side-column. Find the Lists section and hover over the dropdown arrow next to the name of the list you want to delete. Click Delete.
