In Precursive Task Collaborators can set up Custom notifications so that they receive an Email when they are assigned to a Task, when Tasks are ready for them to work on or completed (Manage Your Notification Preferences).

As an Admin, you can customize what information is displayed about Tasks on these emails. For example, you can decide to display or hide the Board Name.
                

Note - what fields are displayed also depends on the field level security of the user who is running the daily summary job from the Application settings. If users don't receive their Daily Summery emails or cannot see certain fields, please:

1. Make sure you have Precursive Admin permissions (Managing Users Access to the Precursive Platform (OBX+PSX/RCO)
2. Reboot the Daily Summary Background job (please see Run Daily Summary Email Background Process to learn how)

How to Customize the Layout of Email Notifications

The layout of Precursive Email Notifications (meaning what fields are displayed about Tasks), is defined by the 'Email Notifications Fields' Field Set on the Precursive Task object. To modify that field set:

1. Navigate to the Salesforce setup
2. Go to the Object Manager and search for the 'Precursive Task' object
3. From the menu on the left-hand side, select 'Field Sets'
4. Search 'Email Notification Fields' and click on it
5. Drag and drop the fields you want your notifications to display into the Field Set
6. Save
