You can follow the steps below to upgrade to the latest version of the Precursive Platform.
Please coordinate with your Salesforce Admin to run the upgrade.

The Precursive Platform is comprehensive of 3 installed Packages. Make sure you run the upgrade of these 3 packages all together starting by upgrading Precursive OBX and Precursive PSX first. 

You first need to upgrade to the latest version of 'Precursive' and 'Precursive OBX' before upgrading the 'Precursive Platform' one:

How to upgrade to the newest Precursive Connect version?

Recommended Process for Upgrade

1. Upgrade 'Precursive OBX' and 'Precursive' packages using the links above
2. Check what version of the 'Precursive Connect' you are currently running on
3. Run Upgrade in Sandbox (please see How to Set up a Sandbox if needed)
4. Complete all needed manual steps (check the table below to understand what is required depending on your current version)
5. Confirm sandbox works as expected
6. Run Upgrade in Production
7. Complete all needed manual steps

Check what Version you are running on

Before upgrading to the newest version, check what version you are currently on. That is useful to know so that you can take all the manual steps required depending on that. To do so:

1. Go to Salesforce Setup
2. Search for and select Installed Packages
3. Check the version number of the 'Precursive Connect' package (namespace prefix = 'psx')

How to Upgrade

After checking your current version, you can upgrade your Sandbox by using the Installation link below:

Select 'Install for Admins Only' and tick the checkbox below, then Upgrade.

The installation process may take a while. To double-check if the package has been upgraded, you can navigate to the Salesforce Setup > 'Installed Packages' and check the version number for the 'Precursive Connect' package.

Once you completed any required manual step and tested that everything is working in your Sandbox, you can use the link below to upgrade your Production org.
