How the issue is presented

If the embedded Precursive OBX App component is not loading this is likely related to "Content Security Policy" set by your Salesforce Admin when they enabled "clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages".

To ensure this is caused by "Content Security Policy" and clickjack protection open your browsers Developer Console you are able to inspect the error and you should see a message similar to this:

"an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' *.my.salesforce.com".

How to resolve the issue

To resolve this issue you will need to Whitelist your Salesforce Orgs URL to allow loading embedded content from your own Salesforce org.

To do this follow these steps:

Identify your My Domain for example, https://yourcompanyname.my.salesforce.com
From Setup, enter Session Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Session Settings
Find the "Whitelisted Domains for Visualforce Inline Frames" section, choose Add Domain
You will need to add the following domains selecting IFrame Type as Visualforce Pages.
1. yourcompanyname.my.salesforce.com
2. yourcompanyname.lightning.force.com
Navigate back to the record detail page where you had the issue and refresh. The embedded Precursive OBX App component should now load.
