Precursive Users & Responsibilities

Different people may have different responsibilities and permissions in Precursive. When working on Precursive Boards, you will have 3 type of users that need to turn your ideal workflow into your company's everyday reality:

• Salesforce Administrators configure and set up Precursive in your Salesforce organization. As a rule of thumb, if it's in the Setup of Salesforce, it's a job for the Salesforce Admin.

• Precursive Super Users are not necessarily Salesforce Administrators, but they have access to all Precursive objects and have permission to create Precursive Templates and Board Types for other team members to use.

• Standard Users, also known as End Users, can create and edit Project Boards and Tasks, assign people to them and log time against their Tasks, but do not have permission to create or edit Board Types and Templates.
