InformationTitle(PSX) Recalculating Billable UtilizationURL NameRecalculating-Billable-Utilization-PSXBodyAbout Each Utilisation record represents a specific week in a month for a resource and includes a variety of Utilization calculations, such as: Planned and Actual time,Billable and Non-billable time,Productive and Non-Productive time,Number of Working Days,Available Hours within the week,Start and End Date of the Week,Planned and Actual Utilisation in percentage for Billable and Non-billable. Each Utilisation record includes a calculation of Working Days and the Available Hours within that specific time range and exclude the resource non-working days and any Time Offs (public holidays) set up for the week.Utilisation records are calculated automatically on a weekly basis and account for the past month and next 6 months. However, you can also run the recalculation of the Utilisation records on demand. For example if you have edited a lot of bookings for a set period of time and you want to make sure that your utilization reports are up to date. Here's how. How to Manually Recalculate Utilization for a Specific Period of Time Navigate to Precursive HQIn the Utilisation tile select the time range which you want to recalculate (you can recalculate up to 6 month at once)Click ‘Run Now’Once the ‘Recalculate Utilisation’ action is completed, you can recalculate a new time range Related Resources Precursive Projects - Reports & Dashboards
