This enhancement simplifies the configuration process, allowing you to manage approvals more efficiently and with greater flexibility. See Approvals Configuration to learn how. Version 1.90.12 What’s improved: Disabled automatic save on the Timesheet component for both Actual Hours and Comments to prevent unintended saves while typing. This change improves usability and avoids losing partially entered data. Version 1.90.11 What's improved: Updated Plan to Complete calculations on Project, Phase, and Participant to use Timesheet Status instead of current date, ensuring more accurate and consistent reporting based on submitted or approved actuals and planned time. The Timesheet Statuses used are configurable via the "Actual Time Statuses To Calculate Budget" setting.Removed strict date validations between Projects, Phases, Bookings, and Tasks, allowing greater flexibility when updating Start/End Dates - even if they fall outside parent timelines. This change reduces friction and supports time entry in more real-world scenarios, without blocking updates unnecessarily.Improved performance of the Timesheet's Add Row modal by initially loading recently accessed Projects by default and dynamically filtering results as users type. This update significantly enhances usability and prevents errors when working with large datasets. Want more detail? Version 1.90.5 What’s improved: Improved Time-Off Handling — We’ve fixed an issue where daily Required Hours were not being disabled on Time-Off days. Now, when a Resource has configured Daily Required Hours, the validation for those hours will automatically be turned off on days where Time-Off is set. This ensures that time-off is accurately reflected, preventing unnecessary validation errors and allowing for smoother resource management. Manual Upgrade Steps: ✅ No manual upgrade steps required. Version 1.90.4 What's improved: Expanded selection of fields that can be added and displayed when hovering over Participants on the Precursive Plan. That was achieved by expanding the list of fields available for fieldset ‘Participant Modal Fields’. The order of Project, Phase, Activities and Resource names is no longer case sensitive in ‘My Precursive’ and on the ‘Precursive Plan’. Now these are sorted alphabetically. In Request Mode on the Precursive Plan you can now select a different Resource Request after filtering your Resources without losing your pre-selected filters. These were previously cleared if a different Request was selected. ‘My Precursive’ no longer requires the ‘View Setup and Configuration’ permissions on Users’ profile. What’s fixed: A number of improvements relating to the approval of Timesheets containing Line Items related to Archived Projects. If Projects are Archived, the Timesheet Line Item related to their Phases are Auto-Approved, but the rest of the Participants’ Timesheet can still be edited and submitted manually. Timesheets can be recalled even if they include Line Items for Archived Projects. These Timesheet Line Items remain Auto-Approved while the rest is reverted to ‘Planned’ and can be edited before re-submitting. Projects can now be Archived even if its Phases are the only Line Items on its Participants’ Timesheets. That is no longer triggering an error. Custom Fields can now be added to the Participant Details Page and Field Sets without causing any errors in reassigning Resources. Manual Upgrade Steps: ✅ No manual upgrade steps required. Version 1.89 What's new: Single Project and Phase Page Layouts — with the new version we have introduce 1 single Page Layout for each Object. There used to be 4 each: one per Fees & Hours, Fees & Days, Time & Hours, Time & Days. You now you have one single Phase and Project Layout where you can find all the available fields group together and add them as needed. That is a simplified, well-formatted Page Layout with fields grouped into logical sections. The new Project and Phase Page Layouts have only the necessary action buttons in a predictable order (Precursive custom actions, Edit, Sharing/Clone, Delete etc). The Lightning Page now includes Related Tab containing Full Related Lists. Related Lists will mostly be shown with the "Enhanced List" unless there is not sufficient information to display ( eg. Invoice Phase). We’ve also added New Custom Fields on Invoice Phase and Invoice Element to make the related Lists more useful. This won't override existing custom pages and layouts so you don't have to switch assignments if a different Page Layout has already been configured for you. New Participants Lightning Component — we now have a new custom Lighting component for Participants that is called 'Precursive Phase Participants'. We recommend you replace the old Participant Relates List on your Phase Page Layout, with our custom 'Precursive Phase Participant' Lightning component. Please follow the link below to see how you can Enable Custom Participant Lightning Component (from PSX version 1.89). Manual Upgrade Steps: ✅ No manual upgrade steps required. Version 1.88 What's new: Grouping Resources and Resource Requests — you can easily check the capacity across multiple roles for an upcoming project on the Precursive Plan, which will let you maximise employee utilisation across the business and better plan resource allocation. This focused view will allow you to quickly see the capacity around each resource group. Weekly & Monthly Capacity Overview — you’ll get a 360 degrees view of the overall capacity for the week and month. By looking at the Precursive Plan, you’ll see both: the granular capacity and the overall blended capacity for the week or the month. You’ll be able to decide if you’d like to review the capacity as booked in % or Average Available Hours per Day in a week or month. Learn more Weekly & Monthly Capacity Overview New Precursive Mobile App (Discover Precursive Mobile!) — the new Precursive Mobile app will enable you to see and submit timesheets and expenses, approve items in bulk and submit your holidays on the go.
