Frame your Work

You are the architects of the Precursive project and you can’t wait to jump in front of the drawing board and start sketching project types for your team. Before rushing to the pencils though, we need to organize our work and make sure we have a clear idea of what we want to design for our teams.

It’s time to decide how you are going to structure your work and identify how many project types you need to build!

Remember - each ‘Project Type’ will need its ‘Precursive Board Type’ on our platform. You can link a set of Tasks (Task Template) to each Board Type. In a Task Template, you will break down the work your team needs to do in order to complete a project.

Team Discussion

After discussing with your team and answering the questions above, it’s time to decide:

1. What workflows are you going to break down into repeatable processes?
2. What teams are going to collaborate in Precursive?
3. How many Precursive Board Types are you going to build?
