When adding a Board Team Member to a Board that is related to another one, you may want that person to be assigned to all the Boards within that Board Hierarchy. Let's see how you can do that.

How to Assign Team Members to all Related Boards

When adding a Board Team Member by clicking on the relevant button (Board Team Members), open the Advanced Options and tick the checkbox for "Assign to all related Boards".

Set as Default the selection of 'Assign to All Related Boards'

You can set this selection as default by navigating to the Application Settings from the 'Precursive OBX' Tab.

Click on the 'Team Assignment' Tab and tick the checkbox for 'Default the selection of 'Assign to All Related Boards'.

Removing Board Team Members from Related Boards

When a Board Team Member is assigned to all related Boards, if the Board Team Member is removed from the Board from which they have been added, then all related Board Members are also updated. If the Team Member is removed from any other Board, the change will only affect that specific Board.
