You can access the Tasks Menu for the Precursive OBX Tab from the red icon of the Navigation Bar on left-hand side.
Here you can find your Tasks grouped in different List Views. These can be customized by your Salesforce Admin (please see
Advanced Components filters for more information). In this article we are going to look at the ones that come as out-of-the-box with the Precursive app.
Precursive Tasks List Views in the Task Menu
There are 4 main Tasks List Views that come as out-of-the-box with the Precursive app (the top ones). The rest of them are Custom List views created in the 'Precursive OBX Tasks'. To learn more on how to create Custom List View, please see

My Tasks
Here you can find all open Tasks which you own or are a contributor of across multiple boards.
My Team Tasks
Salesforce Users who are Approval Managers can find their Team’s tasks in this section. If you are not an Approval Manager, this list will be empty.
My Delegated Tasks
Here you can find a list all all the Tasks you have assigned to other people to work on. If you haven't assigned any Tasks to another Team Member, this list will be empty.
Today's Tasks
You can select the 'Todays Tasks' List View to pull a list of all the tasks that are scheduled for you to work on every day across different boards.
Remember that whatever list view you select, you can always filter and group the relevant tasks using the options on your Top Bar as explained below.
Custom Task List Views
You can also organize and manage yours work and your team’s creating custom List Views. Create Precursive Boards and Tasks List Views and access them from the Task Menu
Custom List views created in the Precursive OBX Tasks tab show up at the bottom section of the Tasks menu, under the standard list views.
