As you can import more than one Task Template on your Board, now, you can now track the import status of your templates in the Template Import History pane. This allows you to quickly validate if everything was fine with your import.

On Precursive OBX Tab, select your Board. Template Import Records are accessible from the Right Side Pane when Board is selected. You can see here the import status of all of the templates used on this Board. Each action will have a completing status:
 

Imported - template was imported successfully

Failed - template import failed for some reason

Processing - template import process is in progress, once finished its status will change to Imported or Failed

Removed - Template Import Record was removed and with it all assets that were possible to remove

How to use Template Import History

Add a new template

To add a new Template Import Record:

1. Check if the new Template is created before adding it to Board.
2. Go to Precursive OBX Tab > select a Board > go to Template Import History and hit Import a template.

3. On the new modal, select the template you want to import and click Next

4. At this stage, you can select which tasks do you want to import and select them; then hit Import.

5. Import status will appear on the screen

Remove a template

You can remove all Tasks from the Board that didn’t go to one of the Lists in Active state. When removing a template, you will remove only all of the Tasks associated with it that have not been started yet.

To remove Template Import Record follow the steps below:

1. On the selected Board, go to Template import history
2. Click the Bin icon next to the Template you want to remove

3. Before we remove the data, a popup with information about the number of started tasks that won’t be removed will appear. You can review them using the Show tasks option below.

4. Hit Remove to confirm.
