Precursive OBX Templates may be edited or updated as your business needs change.

Replace a Template Source File

The template itself must be edited from the source file.

By default, only users with the Precursive OBX Admin Permission Set can create, edit or delete a template.

1. From the Precursive OBX Templates List View, select and click on the name of a Template.

2. On the next screen, click Choose File. You may pick a different CSV file or a revised version of the same.

3. Make sure the template is Active: click Edit and check the Active box.

4. Click Save.

Those changes won’t reflect on existing boards but will apply to new boards associated with the updated template.

Edit or Rename Template records from the List View in Lightning Experience

1. From the Precursive OBX Templates List View, scroll over a template name and click on the pencil icon to Rename a template.

2. Scroll over any of the fields in the list view, click on the pencil icon to edit that individual setting.

3. Click on the arrow  next to a template name and select Edit. Alternatively, double-click on the template name to open its record and edit, replace or delete the source file.
