The good thing of Precursive being Salesforce native is that all your data is stored in Salesforce. That allows you to use Salesforce standard functionalities to manage its data, such as Data Export.

Whether you need to schedule a regular backup of Precursive Data or you are moving away from Salesforce and need your data to be uploaded in a different system, you can export it following the steps below.

Note - to make sure no data is missed, you need to make sure you have Read All Data permissions assigned. That is the case for users who are assigned Precursive Admin Permissions Set/Permissions Set Groups. Please see Managing Users Access to the Precursive Platform (OBX+PSX/RCO) for more information.

For exporting Precursive Data we suggest you use Salesforce Data Export:
