Once the Precursive OBX package has been installed on your Salesforce Org, you can manage your users access and assign them the correct License Types to reflect your purchase.
To do so, you need to have the following permissions yourself. That is usually the case for a Salesforce Administrator.

How to Manage Users Access to Precursive OBX
For users to gain access to Precursive OBX, you need to assign them:
- A Precursive OBX Package License - please see Assigning Precursive OBX Package Licenses to learn how.
- A Precursive OBX Permission Set Group - their assigned PS Group defines what Precursive objects and fields hey can see/edit and it determines what License Type they get assigned. Please see Precursive OBX License Types & Permission Set Groups for instructions on how to complete this step.

On your order form you can find a full breakdown of your purchased License Types that you can use as a reference to manage your Permission Set Groups Assignments.
Please note:
- The number of Package Licenses you can assign is capped so you want to make sure you track your usage and order additional licenses when needed. Please see How to Audit Precursive Package Licenses to check how many you have left.
- Please check the numbers of assigned License Types reflects your purchase to prevent incurring in extra-costs. Precursive OBX License Types have a different cost (as you can see from the Order Form above) so we recommend you also keep track of your License Type assignments to prevent being overcharged for over-assignment of the more expensive License Type upon renewal.
