In Precursive users can setup Personal Notifications (Manage Your Notification Preferences) to make sure they stay on top of their Tasks. They can also signup to receive a Daily Summary of the Tasks that are ready for them to work on and a breakdown of their upcoming work.

If you have the following issues, we recommend re-running the Daily Summary background process:

• Users don't receive their Daily Summary Emails despite they signed up for them when managing their notification preferences
• Fields are not displayed correctly (also check Customize Fields Displayed in Email Notifications)
•  Buttons to open Tasks are not working as intended

Note - what fields are displayed also depends on the field level security of the user who is running the daily summary job from the Application settings. Before following the steps below, please make sure you have Precursive Admin permissions (Managing Users Access to the Precursive Platform (OBX+PSX/RCO).

How to Run the Daily Summary Email Background Process

1. Navigate to the Precursive OBX tab
2. Click on the wrench icon at the bottom of the Nav bar on the left-hand side
3. Click on 'Application Settings'
4. Go to the 'System' tab
5. In the 'Daily Summary' component click 'Run Now'
