Getting Started with Precursive AI

Precursive AI uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyse your Salesforce records and surface actionable insights and recommendations. This guide explains the key concepts and how to get started.

Viewing Insights and Taking Action

This guide is for end users of Precursive AI. It covers how to view AI-generated insights on record pages, understand what you are seeing, provide feedback, and act on recommended actions. To access insights, you need the Precursive AI Standard permission set assigned by your Salesforce administrator. If you cannot see the Precursive AI component on a record page, contact your administrator.
