A Precursive Board can be shared internally with your Team and externally with your Customers or Partners.
How to Share a Precursive Board
There are different ways you can share a Precursive Board according to whether the person you want to share it with is a Precursive User from your same organization or not.
Sharing a Precursive Board with another Precursive User
To give another Precursive User access to your Boards, you need to ass them as
Board Team Members or as
Task Contributors if you would like them to collaborate on specific tasks during your project. See

You can then share files, insights and updates by using the Chatter relevant to the board or the different tasks. You can access that from the Feed icon on the right-hand side pane when clicking on the Board or Tasks names. Learn more on how to communicate with your team here:

Note - in Precursive it is only possible to set up in-app and email notifications when users are added as Task Contributors. They will still have access and be able to view and work on your Board if you add them as Team Members only, but they will not get notified. Learn more on how to

Share a Precursive Board with your Customers
To share a Precursive Board with someone who doesn't have a Precursive OBX license or is not a Salesforce User, you also have different options.
- First of all, you will need to Enable External Sharing on your Board. To do that, Edit your Board and set the External Sharing field to 'Public' in the Advanced Options section. Please see Create and Edit a Precursive Board for more information.
- You can then access your Sharing Options via the Open your Sharing Options button under your Board's title or via the Share option you can find in the scroll down arrow next to 'Edit' in the right-hand pane when clicking on the Board's name.
- Here you will have access to the list of people who are contributing to the Project Board internally, as well as your different options for sharing your board with people outside of your organization:
- Export Plan will allow you to export what you can see on your Board's Plan View to an Excel file. The file will include the Gantt chart as well. Please see Export the Plan for more information.
- External Sharing: if this option has been set up by your Salesforce Admin, Boards with External Sharing enabled will generate a unique URL that can be sent to anyone and grants the viewer "Read Only" access to the Board. They won't need to have a Precursive License, nor access to Salesforce. They would only need access to an Internet Browser and they would be able to follow your progress during the whole project. - Customer Workspace: if this option has been set up by your Salesforce Admin, you will also be able to collaborate with your customers and have them complete Precursive Tasks directly on you Salesforce Community. Learn more about this option here: About Communities.
