Gantt View

The Gantt provides a visual timeline of Project Tasks with start and end dates, allowing you to see how work is sequenced across a Phase. You can manage Task Dependencies directly on the timeline, zoom in and out across different time horizons, and export or print the Gantt for stakeholder communication.

Kanban View

Kanban presents your Tasks as cards organised into Lists that reflect Task status - such as Not Started, In Progress, or Complete - or custom stages you define. You can drag and drop Tasks between Lists, create bespoke Lists, and take quick actions on individual cards including logging time, managing Contributors, and adding Subtasks.

Task Planner

The Task Planner gives each Contributor a personal weekly view of all Tasks assigned to them across Projects and Phases. You can drag and drop to reschedule work, filter by Project or Phase, and log time directly from the planner - all from a single screen.

Project Tasks Tab

The Project Tasks Tab is the primary place to work on Tasks across multiple Projects at once. It supports custom List Views, sharing views with colleagues, and switching between Table, Kanban, and Split View display options - giving you a flexible starting point for day-to-day task management.

Task Table View

The Task Table View presents Tasks in a tabular format on the Phase Record Page, showing Task Name, Start and End Dates, and other configurable fields. It is well suited for quickly reviewing and sorting Tasks within a specific Phase without switching to a visual layout.
